Virgin Posting

Here it is, my first post! When I told my sister I was going to start my own blog, her exact words were "blogs are for dorks with no lives." My response was "if they have no lives, then how do they have something to write about?" I guess we're about to find out. I'm not putting much stake in her opinion considering she also told me I was adopted when I was younger.

I hope it's easy to figure out where my blog name came from, but if not, make sure you rent Swingers, my favorite movie of all time. I really wanted to use it in my blog name somehow, but I thought having the word "swingers" in the title might not bring the type of visitors I was thinking of!

The O's are tied 5-5 in the 7th with the D-Rays (thank you Nick Markakis) and since I can't watch an Oriole game in real time unless they're playing the Yankees (I'm talking to you ESPN and ESPN2 - Hell, I'd even watch 'em on the Ocho!) I'll stick to the season premiere of Inked. I have one tattoo and I'm almost positive that's all I'll ever get but I think it's completely amazing what these guys and girls can do and how artistic they are.

Let me say, reality TV is my weakness and I plan on giving my thoughts in this blog, but even I'm embarassed to say that I'm planning on watching "The Hills" on MTV tonight. What can I say? Those damn Laguna Beach marathons I watched while preparing for my weekend o'partying sucked me in and now I almost really want to know what happens with LC and Jason.

Virgin my ass.....definately a code name (haha). Just kidding by the way.

Anyway, cool idea....Perhaps I'd try it if i actually had a computer.....oh yeah, in that like 2% of the population that doesn't own a home computer.

Have a kick ass time in Baltimore when ya go!!!!! Although, of course, go yankees. Tracy will show you all the hot spots of Fell's Point, and the Power Plant. Can't go wrong with 20$ buckets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to the wonderful world of blogs... I'm sure yours will be much more interesting than mine! (Oh, and about my newfound knowledge of baseball--that's what I get for marrying a sports nut. We spent Memorial Day sitting in a stadium in Detroit melting in 95-degree heat to watch the Yankees play the Tigers...)
