or as I'd like to put it "he can't do any worse (part two)!!"
Honestly, I'm excited about this. He's a proven manager who is hopefully excited about turning this team around. Plus, it must be nice to know that any improvement is better than the shit storm that's been happening on the field all year. He will reportedly begin his uphill battle on Tuesday v. the Angels.
Good luck Buck!!!!

Jeers my ass...
I finally was able to ditch the Palm Pre (which I've hated for months) for a Blackberry.. one without that freaky ball thing.. Oh. My. God. I think I'm in love.. it's so much simpler than the Palm Pre (which is what I wanted) and I don't need a 500 page manual to figure things out... so far! Wish me luck! I'm slightly technologically inefficient, so we'll see how it goes!

I was in Disney while the whole Lebron James move hit, but I was befuddled at what a big deal it was, and how childish the Cavs owner was about the whole thing. However, after reading this article, I realized that it's probably something you won't understand until it affects you! Lebron James is in Miami, trick!!!!
Sports-centric blog today:
George Steinbrenner died of a heart attack on Tuesday at the age of 80. The All-Star game began with an appropriate moment of silence for the long-time owner of the Yanks. He's made one hell of a name for himself in baseball (good and bad) and his legacy with the Yanks will long be remembered. The Yanks also lost their long time public address announcer, Bob Sheppard, who died on Sunday at the age of 99.
The National League won the All-Star Game for the first time since 1996, with a 3-1 win over the AL, earning home field advantage in the World Series. And hey.. our boy Ty even got in the game.... which is more than we can say for A-Rod, huh? This is one of those "it's an honor just to be nominated" kind of things, right?

Note to God
Dear God:
Seriously... what have the O's ever done to you (besides suck)? It's really starting to get ridiculous...
Please stop.
Thanks and peace be with you.
